A student’s educational pathway starts by entering kindergarten, completing elementary school and middle school, and then finally graduating after four years in high school thus obtaining their high school diplomas. However, for those whose students whose educational journey may have been held back for various reasons, find their opportunity to obtain a high school diploma obstructed. Vision Quest & Career Pathways are passionate about providing the means for these students to have a second chance to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to get a job in the work place. In other words, they get a second chance to start their journey!
Educational Support Services
The School uses a variety of supports and services to help meet the needs of all students. The supports and services are designed to help students grow and develop socially, academically, emotionally and physically. Our educational support system is rooted in the belief that all students learn and that those closest to the student are the most able to provide appropriate support, accommodations, and/or special services. The School is committed to helping every student achieve challenging standards and make the most of each day’s learning opportunities.
Recognizing that students’ needs are unique, leading up to and/or after graduation, the School offers a range of services to assist students; for example, the School assists students with job/career development and makes available support with resume writing, employment application assistance, identifying job opportunities, interview preparation, and essential resources to help with food, housing, and clothing.
